Kennedy & Company partners with systems, institutions, and schools of all sizes to deliver innovative and visionary strategic plans that shape an institution’s long-term goals. Our Strategic Plans are distinguished by our emphasis on community and stakeholder engagement, our analysis of market, enrollment, and competitive data, and a deep understanding that institutions are navigating competing imperatives. Core to our strategic planning methodology is a change management process and philosophy that is focused on developing broad-based support for the developed strategic plan. We ensure that upon project completion institutional stakeholders see their values and voices reflected in the plan. We complete each strategic plan with the development of an implementation guide and working document that allows institutions to hit the ground running with clear next steps to actualize their strategic vision.
OUR APPROACH:
We co-create custom solutions in collaboration with our clients utilizing both qualitative and quantitative methods. Through this collaborative process, we pinpoint solutions by leveraging focus groups, interviews, surveys, market data, rankings analysis, and enrollment metrics. Strategic plan projects take place at the the institution wide, school, or college level and often include reviews of mission and vision statements. We engage with members of the entire community through facilitated visioning workshops to identify priorities and make strategic choices.
